Put them both in a box (a paper towel box from the grocery store is ideal). Place plenty of newspapers, some soft flannel (preferably) in it.

Very young kittens cannot maintain their own body temperature and need external warmth to keep them alive. Keeping a kitten warm is extremely important and can be accomplished by several methods. A hot water bottle is a good tool to use but make certain that the bottle is wrapped in a towel and that it is not so hot that the kittens will burn or become overheated. A warm towel also does the trick. If you use a heating pad, put it on low and put it under layers of newspapers and towels, since there is a risk of overheating otherwise. Make sure it is set on LOW, and takes up only about half of the surface area.

Nursing orphaned kittens:

Kittens should never be fed cow's milk. Kitten formula is readily available at area pet stores. "KMR" or kitten milk replacement is packaged either as a pre-mixed formula or a dry powder that must be mixed at home. Just Born or Lactol are other brands they may be used. The formulas will tell you roughly how much to feed and how often. If the kitten is particularly malnourished, you can substitute Pedialyte for water when mixing dry formula. It's much easier to buy one container that is premixed, for speed's sake, and another that you mix yourself. I sterilize the water by boiling it for 20 minutes, let it cool, then mix it with the formula. Like a baby, formula should be warm enough to drop on the inside of your wrist.

Then you need a nursing bottle with a good sturdy nipple. Use a large sewing needle, not a knife or scissors to make a hole in the nipple, as the resulting hole will be far too large to feed the kitten without drowning it. The flow from the pierced nipple should be a steady flow of drips.

Droppers or syringes can also be used, if the kitten rejects the nipple. Never force fluids into the kitten's mouth as they may end up in its lungs.

Newborns are fed every four hours. Feed the kitten until it settles down and its tummy is full but not distended, then gently remove the nipple and rub the kitten gently but briskly all over with your hand or a rough dry washcloth. If the kitten doesn't immediately begin to complain and nuzzle for more milk, it is fed. Continue rubbing or patting until you get a burp.

Since kittens don't usually use a litter box until around three or four weeks of age, you will have to help them empty bladder and bowels. With the kitten on a towel in your lap, lightly rub the kitten's body with a rough, dry washcloth. (At that point, the kitten may roll over or otherwise present its bottom to you.) With a generous handful of soft tissue (also to be kept handy at all times) gently stroke the kitten's behind, keeping the tissue in contact. The kitten should oblige by urinating or defecating. The kitten's bladder should be emptied both immediately before and fifteen minutes after each feeding. Evacuation of the bowel may take a day or two before you are successful. Once the kitten has the hang of it, it should defecate after meals.

Get a medicine dropper and use that to hand-feed the kittens fresh milk. If you can't get a hold of a medicine dropper, you can use Q-tips, dipp that in the milk and let the kitten suck the liquid from it. Feed kittens one at a time. You will know when they have had enough if they stop sucking. With some lick, you'll have to do this only for another week or so since they are 3 wks old already and will be trying to luck off soft food from a plate soon.
Oh, keep them warm in a box lined with a towel or blanket.

Its toooo bad about the mother cat... soooo sad.

I found a kitten a long time ago that had been abandoned, and it was only a few weeks old. I took him to the vet and was told to feed him nursing milk (can be found at places like Walmart too) and feed him with an eye dropper.
You also need to make sure you are able to keep the kittens warm, the mother is around not just to feed the cats. I would suggest a trip to a vet, or even just call one, they can give you all the info you need.
Taking care of very young kittens is a task! But one that's well worth it. :)
Good luck!

Whatever you do, don't give them cows milk. You have to buy special kitten formula. When I found an abandoned kitten about the same age, I made her a little room in a dresser drawer with a heating pad and blankets. When they cry, it is time to feed them, and they are just like a real baby. You may have to get up every 2 hours (more often, since you have 2 babies) and microwave the formula in a little bottle. After they are 8 weeks old it is time to start weaning them to kitten food.
I promise it is so worth it. My cat and I have the best relationship because of me raising her. It is so rewarding good luck

Poor little kittens

Do you have a vet there? I know its a dumb question, but I don't know.

If you do contact them as soon as possible, and tell them what happened, and they will give you a special formula designed for baby animals, and a baby feeding bottle. They will also tell you how to mix up the milk.

In the mean time, you could give them a little warm milk, with a little sugar added. Give in small doses using a dropper, you will also need to wipe their little bottoms with a warm damp cloth or tissue, to encourage them to use their bowels etc. But cows milk is not really ideal for them, but hopefully it Will tide them over until you can get some vet assistance.

Also make sure they are kept warm and out of drafts, use a box with old clothes in it.

Good luck

An eye dropper is good or if you can find a doll bottle with a soft nipple on it, then feed your cat some baby formula with no iron in it. I did this with 4 kittens whose mother was killed by a dog and they ended up nice and strong. I fed it to them for about 4 months to make sure they were good and healthy, of course after they were about 4 weeks I was putting it in a bowl for them to lap up. Then I started giving them soft kitten food and progressed up to adult food.

Use an eye dropper to feed them & either use baby formula without Iron or canned goat's milk feed them every 2 hours or when they start crying. Also after feeding have a warm cottonball wet with just warm water to wipe their butts whe warmth stimulates them to go poop. Very important to remember because kittens can't poop on their own momma has to stimulate it. If you don't do that their bowels will back up.

Get an eye dropper and feed them goat or cow or sheep milk. Try to get it raw for them as it has more nutrients and enzymes than pasteurized. In the US there are asceptic packages of formula for kittens. Maybe you can order some.

Mainly keep them warm and fed. A hot water bottle wrapped in a fuzzy cloth would help.
Good luck!!
