You need a trim toget rid of the ends. Then use a cream rinse or conditioner after you wash. Blow driers are bad for drying out ends.

Scissors.

Split ends cannot be repaired, they can be moisturized but you will always have them, so the best product is a pair of scissors go to your local salon and get a trim to get rid of the split ends.

Infusium 23 Leave-In Treatment sray, it's like a leave-in conditioner with vitamins and a repair formula, works great.....apply more to your ends.
Garnier Fructis makes good leave-in conditioners too.
Or if all else fails, get the spilt ends trimmed off.

I would recommend just getting the ends trimmed, if not then charles worthington do some great serums for split ends.

nothing cures split ends but a trim, if you want to get rid of them permanently that is.
