You need a trim toget rid of the ends. Then use a cream rinse or conditioner after you wash. Blow driers are bad for drying out ends.

Scissors.
Split ends cannot be repaired, they can be moisturized but you will always have them, so the best product is a pair of scissors go to your local salon and get a trim to get rid of the split ends.

Korres Rice Serum for Split ends is not only effective but has an amazing smell. (After a good trim of course!) You can also try Kiehls Silk Groom for overall hair maintenance.

Infusium 23 Leave-In Treatment sray, it's like a leave-in conditioner with vitamins and a repair formula, works great.....apply more to your ends.
Garnier Fructis makes good leave-in conditioners too.
Or if all else fails, get the spilt ends trimmed off.
