search eBay for punk,emo,gothic stuff there's heaps of clothes accessories etc on there so even if you don't buy anything from there you'll get an idea of what clothes etc you could buy.

Be whatever you want to be!! However, start hanging out at clubs that cater to the genre you are interested in, buy the magazines, watch people. And then go with what calls to you. I would also recommend reading more, philosophy, sociology, etc. That will help you come to see who you are. Good luck, and don't forget not to allow yourself to be pigeon-holed, you are what you are and people should accept you for that.

Either you are or your not, you can pretend to be , be a poser, dress like one, be very sad and introvert, hate society and all that it represents, listen to love/hate music and sleep til 3pm.
