Go onto microsoft's website and go onto the clipart section. they have thousands of clipart that you can download for free.

How about a Dalek - kids love Doctor Who it is a great show and I am sure the BBC won't mind!
Or a picture of a happy nurse giving a thumbs up.
There are 1000's of cliparts out there - I hope you find a great one!
