Go under yahoo and search for the Sacred Heart Diet.
It is a 7 day diet to make you lose 7-10 lbs in one week.
It works but you have to stick to the diet for it to work. If you are really wanting to lose weight like you say then you should be able to by this diet.

To lose weight, a person has to reduce the calorie intake by some amount by modifying their diet. A diet without sufficient nutrients will only increase the appetite of the person trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan, additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles required to increase the metabolic rate required for long term weight loss. Try Weight Watchers, you can go to actual meetings or you can do it online. You dont have to purchase food from them you eat regular food. Check out weightwatchers.com and look into it. Its pretty inexpensive. If you attend meetings in your area (the site will tell you where there are meetings in your area) its costs right now I think $20 to join and then its like $12 a week thereafter.
I done weight watchers for awhile and I lost weight. Good luck it is very hard to lose weight.

eat healthy and excercise. That is how I stay in shape I'm 14 and 122 1/2 pounds which I'm suppose to be. I eat alot of food but I walk to school and back everyday and there is this big hill that makes you so tired. Do not stave yourself because that will mess up your diet and you'll be even bigger than you already want to be.

My advice to you is you either go to the gym, or walk 2 hours daily (not necessary continous)

the most important thing is that you don't eat a lot at night, and keep the fat level in the daily meals low
