Have you done a yahoo UK google? Go to yahoo uk and try and google his name go through them all carefully you never know..... Did he go to school in the UK? If so go to FriendsReunited.com...... they have tons of search engines there when looking for people...they will also help you find someone for a small fee. I reconnected with an old friend who I hadnt seen in 23 years...Ive emigrated to Canada and now she has too ..we are still super friends. Good luck..... you will find him if you keep trying.

type in 118500 in the search bar of your internet, find the bit that says search for residential numbers and away you go. If he is ex-directory though your going to have trouble!
