You need to realise lesbianism (as well as all homosexuality, and/or bisexuality for that matter) is not contagious - you is or you isn't. I have a male friend who is very close to me - absolute best mate - who has made it very clear that he is sexually attracted to me (don't see it myself - do not see myself as attractive. No, really) but I have made it equally clear that I am a no-go, and he accepts that. His homosexuality will not rub off on me, much as he might wish it. For his sake sometimes I almost wish it would - it would actually mean I would actually HAVE a sex life... I'm sorry, it's my problem, I'll deal with it.

You don't need to protect your self from being a lesbian anymore than you need to protect yourself from becoming left-handed.

You is or you ain't. That's it.

Kathryn is correct, Saphire. You are not. A trans person's sexuality is ALWAYS determined by their gender, not their physical sex. If a person identifies as male and he's in a relationship with a woman, then he's in a straight relationship no matter what his body may look like. This is a strangely difficult idea for cis people to understand. The key is to always look at things from the trans person's perspective. What their body looks like is irrelevant. So as Kathryn said: Trans man + man = gay Trans man + woman = straight Trans woman + man = straight Trams woman + woman = lesbian OP, your friend is not a girl, no matter how much he looks like one. He's a trans man. Get used to the idea that he's a dude because if you call him "she" and "her" you're going to piss him off.

Oh for goodness sake. You can't really be serious. People don't "become" lesbians any more than they "become" straight. If girls like you and you like them back, great. If not, move on because none of us are all that.

a girl must not eat yeast bread or drink beer, cos this stuf can make a girl think shes a lesbian
so a girl must take olive leaf extract or vita klenz daily to kill the yeast
if a girl wants to grow her breasts then the olive leaf will help, cos the yeast makes breasts small
there is a herbal formula with saw palmetto that helps boobs to grow, a herbalist can make a girl the formula

Tell your friends that you are not into that. If they still want to be just your friend, good, otherwise meet some new friends.
