If you have stubborn belly fat, the only way you can reduce your fat is by doing aerobic exercises. During activities like swimming, rowing and walking, enough oxygen is supplied to the body to burn fat. Fat is burned from all over the body, including the stomach. If aerobic exercises are done regularly over a period of time, you will gradually lose weight. The healthiest way to prevent a fat stomach is by ensuring that your weight is normal for your height. Ensure that the energy provided by the food you eat matches the energy you burn performing your daily activities. Losing fat around the stomach takes time. 15 Ways to Cut 50 Calories or More
A little here, a little there. Cutting calories is easier than you think! Think small! Trimming even just a small percentage of your body weight can do wonders for your health. And eating just a bit less is the way to do it. Shaving calories here and there is easier than you think. All it takes are a few no-sweat efforts like the ones that follow. Pick two a day and you'll cut 100 calories. Burn 100 more calories a day (a 15- to 20-minute walk will do the trick) and you'll lose almost half a pound a week. That may not sound like much, but it adds up to 20 pounds a year!
1. Leave the cheese off your sandwich.
2. Use 1 cup skim milk instead of 1 cup whole milk.
3. Use a nonstick spray instead of 2 teaspoons oil.
4. Drink seltzer or diet soda instead of regular soda.
5. Have an English muffin instead of a doughnut
6. Use 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise instead of 1 tablespoon regular mayo.
7. Eat 2 tablespoons less ice cream.
8. Drink 4 ounces less juice.
9. Use 1 tablespoon less cream cheese.
10. Order small fries instead of large fries.

hi
you want to banish a belly?...kool
you already know that a balanced diet needs to be in order and some cardio right...you've been given that good advice i see
BUT
to banish your belly why not try the 3D workout effect.....
im sure you have love handles too :)
work your rectus abdominis upper ,mids, lower thats your six pack.
1)crunches,crunch leg raise advanced,crunch twist,lying hip flexion,
,,internal-external obliques thats your side trunk muscles
2) waist twists, dumbell side bends, lying side bends on ball,
oblique crunch
,Erectus spinae that your lower back.
3) dorsal raises,hyper extensions,good mornings.
ok as you can see there are various exercises you can do to work the muscle fibres, and gain a deep burn sensation, and you'll know, your doing the exercises correctly.
the 3D workout not only gives you a flat stomach
you also banish love handles and gain a sexy lower back.
you only need to do 30-50 reps to get a quality work out every other day..... but do whats comfortable for you.
why not every day?...because the muscles breakdown every time you excercise.. then they need the time
to rebuild ...24hrs rest.
go and get a book from the library they have a great selection of excercise books
good luck

whilst using an electronic meat slicer is the quickest method. and having your stomache stapled is the lazyu method. a healthy diet and plenty of exercise is the best answer. make sure you loose the weight before lots of stomache crunching or you end up with a rock hard beer gut instead of the desired six pack

Running works the entire body, including the stomach. That coupled with stomach crunches will work a treat.
