Go to a reputable shop and look through the artists' book. When you find someone whose style matches up with yours, have them draw it up for you. I've had two done this way, with the same artist; she applied her hourly rate for doing the artwork toward my tattoo so it didn't even end up costing me any extra.

Your best bet would be to go to your tattoo artist and have him/her draw exactly what you want. It is free of charge.
