I will be getting married in March and I want a hotel that has nice bedding, fluffy pilllows, nice sheets etc....Any suggestions?

I would say start with the Four Seasons- they are absolutely wonderful!

the ritz carlton and marriott chains have fabulous bedding. FABULOUS! Marriott just upgraded theirs to the Sealy Posturepedic Encore 720! (yes, I looked!) It's like sleeping on a cloud. REALLY!

The Marriott chain is probably the most consistent with top quality, luxury bed linen.
