Does anyone know how much a small/medium size box of chocolates cost in the 1950's? A general figure is fine.

In the UK, sugar rationing ended circa 1955, and in 1962 a box of Cadbury's Dairy Milk cost 1-/6 (or "one and six") which was about the cost of three loaves of bread.

I don't know if the effect of sugar rationing would've had a large difference on the price in the 50's, but I would've thought they'd be more expensive.
