Yes, you can find lots of Thai/English dictionary in most of bookshops in Thailand and try to find in book shops in your country too, I'm sure they'll have some.

If you're in Thailand, I bought one at a drugstore/pharmacy, pocket sized and was excellent. If I couldn't pronounce the word, it was written in Thai and I could just point to it. Check bookstores at colleges too.

That's not too difficult. Go to any of the major bookshops, they have plenty to offer! English to Thai and vice versa. Have them in many other languages too. I found one without any difficulty :-)

If your in Thailand you can pick them up at any book store, and if your else where, check out a Chapters or a larger book store.
