Is chelation therapy effective to treat cancerous tumor in the duodenum? Can it shrink the tumor?

No; the 2 aren't even remotely related.
Chelation is used to remove heavy metals from the body. It's got nothing to do with cancer.

Chelation therapy refers to removal of a specific substance from the body, in the hopes that this will shrink or eliminate a tumor. It has never been shown, in a properly performed study, that this therapy is effective in the least. Chelation has only been shown to be effective in the removal of certain heavy metals (lead, copper, iron, etc.) that can lead to serious conditions if left unchecked. Cancers, regardless of their location, are almost never due to heavy metals and, if so, removal of the metals is too late.
