My parents are into keeping healthy, and taking things that will improve their health. I'm not exactly sure what the...wait a sec I justed asked, and its full of protein and omega 3.
They just take a teaspoon with other food, generally at breakfast with porridge or museli. If you don't want to wreck your breakfast though, it can be taken by the teaspoon like medicine. :)
Hope this helped you.

A Remedy For
* Constipation
Linseed is also used to soothe an irritated stomach, intestines, or bladder, and is applied externally for skin inflammation. In homeopathic medicine, it's used for throat and lung problems. Asian medicine enlists it as a remedy for chest congestion, diarrhea, gonorrhea, and irritation of the urinary tube. Aside from its use as a laxative, however, its effectiveness remains unproven.
What It Is; Why It Works
Linseed stimulates bowel movements by acting as a swelling agent within the intestines. Researchers have found that it also tends to reduce fat and sugar levels and may have preventive value against cancer.
Derived from the same plant that supplies linen, Linseed has been with us for thousands of years. Archeologists found Linseed and linen cloth in the pyramids. Homer's Odyssey mentions flax as the material for sails, and the Bible refers to it frequently.
Linseed is cultivated in temperate and tropical regions around the world. Its sky blue flowers open only in the morning. Only the dried seeds and their oil are routinely used for medicinal purpose

Linseed is Flax seed.
It is usually only refered to as Linseed in older texts,
or when the plant is used to make Linen fabric or oil
to be used for treating furniture.
The top health benefit of flax is that it keeps you regular.
Additionally it has been found to clean the system so
effectively that it can prevent many serious health problems,
such as colon cancer.
It also has anti-aging properties.
And it's tasty!

Understand the many premises behind The Paleo Diet and that will help guide you toward living a complete Paleo Diet lifestyle. Learn here https://tr.im/paleorecipes
For breakfast, make an easy omelet. Peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli in olive oil; add omega-3-enriched or free-range eggs and diced turkey or chicken breast.
Paleo lunches are easy. At the beginning of the week, make a huge salad with anything you like. A good starting point can be mixed greens, spinach, radishes, bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, avocadoes, walnuts, almonds and sliced apples or pears.
For dinner, try spaghetti squash as a substitute for any pasta recipe. Top with pesto, marinara and meatballs. Roasted beets and their greens make a great side dish for pork.
