My Cats and Dogs used to play with my rabbit when I had her, and they never once tried to attack her.

So I think they can befriend each other if done so in a controlled and safe way.

Yeah kittens and any pets for that matter can become friends with different species if they are introduced early enough sure i had a cat and a dog a couple of years ago that hated each other but their offspring where together from about 6 weeks old and are now living together.

Yes they can. Any animals can get along together if they are introduced early enough and taught properly. My parakeet sits on top of my cats head all the time. When my cat doesn't want to be bothered she just shakes her head so the bird flies away. If they can get along, so can a kitten and a rabbit.

Yes. I had a cat and a rabbit that loved to play together. I also had a beagle puppy that loved to play with them both. Neither the cat or the dog ever tried to hurt the rabbits.

Of course! I have two rabbits and a cat and they get along fine. Just make sure you take care in introducing them to eachother. Do it gradually, in steps, and don't push them together. Not all animals will be best friends, but if you take the time to help them, they'll get along great. Make sure both animals are comfortable in their environment before you introduce them; if you try to introduce the new animal to its future-friend the day it moves in, it may get a bit stressed. Take things slow and do everything in steps, let them decide when they are ready to move on in their relationship!

Yes. They only learn to hunt from their parents. But the kittens have claws and teeth, and could quite playfully hurt the rabbits, without doing it on purpose, so watch out.

Yes if the kitten makes friends early enough, I saw a video of a Crow & Kitten hanging out, playing and eating together, it was so sweet.

My 3 cats at first didn't mind when my rabbit was out of his cage but after a while he would chase them and try to mate with them (male and female as well as my Golden Retriever!)...so after this started happening, they would just avoid him when he was out and about.

did you see the little weener piglets that they put in a mother tigers cage the other day on yahoo news? it was pretty cool, they put little tiger costumes on the pigs and they were nursing and sleeping on the mom tiger to bring her out of depression of loosing her liter. one more gypper for the pigs!! it's not uncommon to see mother cats raising squirrels or chipmunks, Geese raising kittens. so I'm pretty sure you bunnies will play nice with your kittens without making them the main course. :)
