This application is located in :
C:\WINDOWS\system32
everytime I delete it, it apears back again and makes some pictures to show up in the broswer.

Sounds like it's a piece of sypware or adware. There seems to be a process running that restores the program as soon as you delete it. Try running AdAware or Spybot - Search & Destroy to eliminate the spyware for good.

Download an anti virus software and use it in the safe mode. Like antivir which has a free version that works great. If you don't use it in the safe mode it may not remove the virus. Download adaware in case it is adware. Softpedia.com has all kinds of stuff to remove stuborn stuff like that.

Run a virus check. I have never heard of anything like that, except from viruses…
