absolutely, my daughter is on food stamps and she is a big coupon cutter. Even when they double and triple. The only exception on FS is you cant buy ready to eat food ,such as hot food from the deli. but anything else that goes in your mouth is cool. Except alcohol of course.

With the way they got it now using food stamps is similar to using a credit card, So I would say yes.

Don't see why not. A food stamp is a method of payment, and as such would not violate a coupon's "not valid with any other offer" clause. Same as cash, credit, etc.

yes of course you can and it helps save on your stamp amount . At one time I was also on welfare. But what really irks me now is that I see girls with a whole lot of jewelry and their hair done and their nails professionally done getting food stamps.I mean diamond jewelry and big exspensive hair weaves and things like that. My point being if you have that kind of money for jewelry and getting your hair done then why are you getting food stamps?Do you agree with me?

Yes.....and it really helps stretch your stamps out and they will go farther. Especially on those double and triple coupon days.

As long as it's not expired. Jewel Osco takes expired coupons though.
