Many cultures simply use the left hand and plenty of water. This is why Moslems among others consider the left hand dishonoured and would take it as an insult if you offered them your left hand.

I assume anyone who has the Internet will have toilet paper.
Many cultures who live in rural areas do not have toilet paper, but go the river, and simply wash themselves after using the loo.
Almost 68% of Japanese people have Bidet's, and very hi tech ones at that, that wash you with warm water, and uses hot air to blow dry you're bum. (oooh, luxury)

there are cultures that don't use toilet paper, some of them are in the middle east. they use their left hand to wash them self
but they still do sell toilet paper for the people like us that do use it. i really don´t know whats the percentages of sells

use by culture because in my country the malays did not use toilet paper only the chinese and the indian use
they use hand to wash we use paper to wide so it is not worldwide

most people in my culture in india wash with soap and water which is better than dry cleaning! It's cleaner to clean it all off ..how do you walk around after using toilet paper anyway...???? it's disgusting.

No..many countries use water spray..although toilet paper is also available for those who prefer that.

No. Some people in some Arabic countries are don't use it at all.
They use so called "BD". After doing .... they just washing their ... using that BD. And they don't use toilet paper.
