High-level nuclear waste is produced during the operation of nuclear reactors such as the one at Wolf Creek.

What is the plan to dispose of the nuclear waste such as that produced by the Wolf Creek reactor?

(I couldn't find a specific answer at Wolf Creek's official site.)

The plan for all high level waste is burial in an area already identified as safe and prepared for use at great cost in Nevada, but political pressure groups are preventing the site from being used, so waste is just being kept in storage at each nuclear plant for now.

Currently there is no plan to deal with nuclear waste. A lot of work and effort has been put into the design and construction of a underground nuclear waste storage facility, Yucca Mountain. But as it stands Yucca Mountain can not handle all the waste that has been produced.

Much work has been done recently to find ways of reducing, reusing, and destroying nuclear waste. Some nations, such as Frances, successfully use these technologies but politics in the US prevent us from doing so.

Answers do exist to the waste problem, but we just don't use them.

For more information try searching for the key words, UREX, Yucca Mountain, Pyro-processing.
