Hebrews 11
1Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
2For by it the elders obtained a good report.
3Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

God is real and so is Jesus Christ, His Son. He is Jehovah God, the Great I AM, the One True and Only God. How do I know? I have the Holy Spirit within me that bears witness of this and I without a shadow of a doubt that I will be in Heaven and have Eternal Life one day. It is not a feeling - it is a choice to choose God and live for Him. Blessings and I pray that you find the True Living God, Jesus Christ.

Easy to answer, if you make a few definitions first.
Who or what is your concept of God? Is it a spirit, intangible idea,Universal energy,or your husband?
They may all fit the definition of "Existence" one way or another. So, God as a dictionary word and idea definitely "exists" ,or think about it, if He doesn't what are you asking. "Does the undefinable non existing exists?"
Depending on your concept of God, you may be able to see Him, sense Him, Smell him, hear Him, touch Him,or just fantasize about him. Neither proves the existence or non existence of God for anybody but you. If He did not exist what are we talking about?

If you are reffering to a all powerfull old guy in heaven he is not god. God is part of everyone and everyone is part of god, just like we are not just a sum off billions of living seperate cells, we are much more then that. No God must exist just not in a form that religion has shoved down our throat for their own human benefits. The only true way to find god is to be true to yourself and kind to others for we all are part of something bigger.

Anyone will tell you that they feel God in their heart, which they mean as a metaphor (albeit unknown to them) that they only imagine that he's there.
In response to Marvin R & awesomefb: I've seen the wind using thermal cameras, I haven't ever heard of a camera that could see God. And how you can compare the changing of the light shining on the moon to God I don't know. You're both using pretty stupid analogies.

Didn't it occur to you how everything in this universe came into motion? Well its because there is a prime mover. A necessary being who doesn't need anything to be moved. It is not an imagination. A 100% reality and that my dear friend is God.

God exists...
He created you and everything else in the universe. Do you realize how complex your body is, for instance? It has over 10,000,000,000,000 (ten TRILLION) intrically designed cells, each one serving in its own unique way to sustain your life. It has over 60,000 miles of blood vessels. How may I ask could this have happened by random (mostly unfavorable) mutations? I find it highly unlikely!
May God in love reveal himself to you.

In as much as I was not around to see how everything came into being (and neither were you),I say, "I don't know ..... YET!" To assume that some god, my less than intellectual ancestors made up, instantaneously farted the universe into being, is absurd

Can you see the wind ? You can feel the wind against your skin, is it your imagination or is the wind ? Always seek the truth.
When a person looks at the moon, the moon is always changing shapes, a qaurter moon, a half moon, a full moon and sometimes no moon, but the truth is, the moon will always be round.
God is real, God is always changing around us, if you seek God you will find God.

No. (though it may depend on your definition of "exist", as to you, your imaginary friend "exists" the same way god "exists" for believers)
All of them.
I hear dropping Acid works, though I don't recommend it.
Err - he doesn't.
Yes.

no one has ever seen the wind yet everyone has seen the effects of the wind so they believe the wind exists. thus it is with GOD. look outside at the glories in the heavens and on the Earth. we see GOD'S handiwork all around us, yet like the wind GOD can not be seen my mortals even though HE exists.
