They dont say the same prayers over and over. Each prayer is different and from the heart. SOme times people stutter throught them, cough, Its not always perfect but its heartfelt. Not something rehearsed. It starts addressing Our heavenly father and always ends in his name and that of his son Jesus Christ!

All of the responses about prayers are excellent and accurate. I can add nothing to them, but I would like to address the comments of Ken D:
He said:
"I have been in many Kingdom Halls and heard many prayers. I have never heard a prayer of concern over a lost soul. I have never seen a tear for someone that has rejected GOD."
I make it point never to state that someone's personal experience is wrong, unless I have evidence to the contrary. I do find the above comments highly unusual, however. After thinking about this, though, we need to remember that at our meetings, we are there to learn and apply what we learn, so the main part of prayers focus on this aspect. We also pray for those who are sick or have other difficulties to remain faithful, recieving strength from Jehovah's holy spirit to do so.
As for those who have rejected God, I do know that many tears are shed over these, although it genrally may not be in public. As for praying for those who have rejected God, regardless of how much we love them and are concerned for them, we follow the Bible, just as we do in all things. In the KJV of the Bible, we read at 1-John 5:16, 17:
"If any man see his brother sin a sin [which is] not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it. All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death."
Ken D also went on to say: "I have never seen a burden for someone that was dying, or had great pain. I want to go where there is COMPASSION, LOVE AND CARING FOR ALL....not just those in that group."
This has not been my experience. In the Congregations with which I am familiar, we have a great deal of empathy for those who suffer and are dying, and we go beyond prayer to actually helping them.
As a victim of Hurricanes Ivan (and Katrina to a lesser degree) I amthankful for the brothers and sisters who helped me, and for the opportunity I had to help them. We did not limit our help, however, only to Jehovah's Witnesses; we helped others as well. We did focus on our brothers and sisters in need, however. We really are one large global family, and it is quite normal to focus ones attention on helping friends and family first, then others as one can. True Christains are truly a brotherhood; a family.
I am sorry for any negative experiences you have had, but I can assure you it is not the norm.

Jesus said "When praying,do not say the same things over and over again, just as the people of the nations do,for they imagine they will get a hearing for their use of many words - Matt.6:7
After saying these words Jesus gave us the model prayer found at Matt.9:6-13 and repeated it for the benefit of another audience at Luke11:2-4.The wording of the prayer differs somewhat as Jesus is teaching us how our prayers can be acceptable to God.And it isnt by uttering the same words over and over again.
The opening words help us to draw close to God by addressing him as 'our Father'
Jesus instructs us to pray for God's name to be sanctified or set apart, yet most dont even know God's name,Jehovah, let alone set it apart as holyHe instructed us to pray for God's kingdom.Jesus thus showing that our primary concern when praying should be related to God's name and will. And the model prayer continues with personal requests such as asking God to provide for our daily needs if we love and obey him.We ask God for forgiveness of our sins, help to pursue a righteous course.
When we pray to Jehovah the prayers come from a heart filled with love and appreciation for our wonderful heavenly Father and Creator. That is why you will not find a 'list' of prayers used by Jehovah's Witnesses. They are all individual and are heartfelt.

Firstly, Jehovah's Witnesses understand the bible to teach that repetitive prayers are displeasing to God.
(Matthew 6:7) But when praying, do not say the same things over and over again, just as the people of the nations do, for they imagine they will get a hearing for their use of many words.
Secondly, it is insulting to suggest that Jehovah's Witnesses are not Christians. Yet Trinitarians repeatedly pretend that Jehovah's Witnesses are not Christian. Trinitarians use an artificial, trinity-specific definition of the term "Christian" which excludes anyone who does not believe that Jesus is God Himself, rather than the Son of God. Interestingly, pagans in the first century pretended that Christ's followers were Atheists(!) because the Christians had a somewhat different idea from the pagans about the nature of God.
Jehovah's Witnesses teach that no salvation occurs without Christ, that accepting Christ's sacrifice is a requirement for true worship, that every prayer must acknowledge Christ, that Christ is the King of God's Kingdom, that Christ is the head of the Christian congregation, that Christ is immortal and above every creature, even that Christ was the 'master worker' in creating the universe! Both secular dictionaries and disinterested theologians acknowledge that Jehovah's Witnesses are a Christian religion.
The Trinitarian arguments are intended to insult and demean Jehovah's Witnesses, rather than to give a Scripturally accurate understanding of the term "Christian".
In fact, the bible most closely associates being "Christian" with preaching about Christ and Christ's teachings. Review all three times the bible uses the term "Christian" and note that the context connects the term with:
"declaring the good news"
'teaching quite a crowd'
'open eyes, turn from dark to light'
"uttering sayings of truth"
"persuade"
"keep on glorifying"
(Acts 11:20-26) [The early disciples of Jesus] began talking to the Greek-speaking people, declaring the good news of the Lord Jesus... and taught quite a crowd, and it was first in Antioch that the disciples were by divine providence called Christians.
(Acts 26:17-28) [Jesus said to Paul] I am sending you, to open their eyes, to turn them from darkness to light and from the authority of Satan to God... Paul said: “I am not going mad, Your Excellency Festus, but I am uttering sayings of truth and of soundness of mind. ...Do you, King Agrippa, believe the Prophets? I know you believe.” But Agrippa said to Paul: “In a short time you would persuade me to become a Christian.”
(1 Peter 4:14-16) If you are being reproached for the name of Christ, you are happy... But if he suffers as a Christian, let him not feel shame, but let him keep on glorifying God in this name
So why do anti-Witnesses try to hijack the term "Christian" and hide its Scriptural implications? Because anti-Witnesses recognize that it is the preaching work that makes it clear that the relatively small religion of Jehovah's Witnesses are by far the most prominent followers of Christ:
(Matthew 28:19,20) Go therefore and make disciples of people of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the holy spirit, teaching them to observe all the things I have commanded
