15 Ways to Cut 50 Calories or More
A little here, a little there. Cutting calories is easier than you think! Think small! Trimming even just a small percentage of your body weight can do wonders for your health. And eating just a bit less is the way to do it. Shaving calories here and there is easier than you think. All it takes are a few no-sweat efforts like the ones that follow. Pick two a day and you'll cut 100 calories. Burn 100 more calories a day (a 15- to 20-minute walk will do the trick) and you'll lose almost half a pound a week. That may not sound like much, but it adds up to 20 pounds a year!
1. Leave the cheese off your sandwich.
2. Use 1 cup skim milk instead of 1 cup whole milk.
3. Use a nonstick spray instead of 2 teaspoons oil.
4. Drink seltzer or diet soda instead of regular soda.
5. Have an English muffin instead of a doughnut
6. Use 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise instead of 1 tablespoon regular mayo.
7. Eat 2 tablespoons less ice cream.
8. Drink 4 ounces less juice.
9. Use 1 tablespoon less cream cheese.
10. Order small fries instead of large fries.

There are no fast ways to lose weight - doing crash diets are a silly idea - plus the weight just comes back on
You may need to look at your current lifestyle and make changes in that area. You also don't need access to a gym to get fit, try walking at a fast pace so that you are slightly out of breath, or jogging. Failing that you could utilise your stairs - stepping up from the bottom to the second step (step ups) that will burn some calories
good luck

depends on how fast... i have lost a stone in 6 weeks, just by not mixing my carbs....dont eat bread, pasta or potatoes in the same day. Eat earlier in the day, not for at least 3 hours before you go to bed. Cut out sugary drinks. And just coz you havent got access to the gym doesnt mean to say you cant exercise at home, do something simple, like putting your favourite cd on for an hour while your doing the dishes, or hovering and just dance around your house, go up and down the stairs an extra 15-20 times a day, pick up two bags of sugar, each bag weighs 2lbs, hold one in each hand and move your arms up and down. We can all find excuses for not doing excercise, but you really will feel better when your heart rate increases and your not huffing and puffing.

The Atkins for a month or the cabbage soup diet for a couple of weeks should get things rolling. If you don't have access to a gym, put on some loud music and step for 1/2 hour a day; you need to exercise too

My daughter is embarking on a new diet which entails not eating at all. It seems to be centred around drinks that are similar to those that patients who are intravenously fed in hospital. You have to pass a medical and you recieve weekly counselling. It is now starting to be reccomended by some G.Ps. The wight loss is about 14lbs per month and because of the way the weight is lost it tends to stay of. The big drawback is that it costs about 65 pounds a week. The diet is called liter life and I believe they have a web site. I hope this has been of help. P.S. I have seen evidence that it does work.

To lose weight, you need to reduce the calorie intake by some amount. It is important to develop a healthy diet , so that body receives sufficient nutrients even as you try to lose weight. Check the calorie count of the food you eat. A diet without sufficient nutrients like vitamins and minerals will only increase your appetite when you are trying to lose weight. Since most people combine a diet with an exercise plan to lose weight , additional nutrients are required for the growth of muscles to increase the metabolic rate. Small changes in your diet can help you lose a lot of weight.More information on exercises and diet to loose weight is available at http://tinyurl.com/jax5h

If you loose the weight fast then you will either end up with that horrible skin that hangs off the body as you haven't had time to adjust or if it's a crash diet you'll get even fatter when you start eating again as your body will store any available fat thinking you might starve it again. Gillian McKeith's you are what you eat is a good book to take a look at, and it's not just about eating you have to exercise and be active as well

Invest in a decent pair of running shoes and get out running! If your a beginner, just start with fast walking (need to be sweating by end or not pushing youself hard enough) and gradually progress to a light jog.
If you run three to four nights a week you should notice a difference after a couple.
Remember to stretch your quads and hamstrings properly after each session, otherwise you will do damage!

I've lost 33.5 pounds since July 15, 2006 by adding Stack Body Tune Up and walking around the neighborhood.
If I can be of further assistance, let me know.
