Sandwiches are so boring and I get fed up with making them for him too! I would like to give him different things to eat but I can't think of anything. I make pies occasionally but that gets boring too. Please help! He needs something he can eat easily, that's why I mentioned the lorry driver bit because he can't get cleaned up anywhere.

You could try getting some celery and putting spread cheese in it. Hopefully that wont be too messy, and some cakes that don't have chocolate on them.
It might be an idea to also try some packets of breadsticks with cheese dips.

I take anything I can wrap in a flour tortilla. Roast beef and steamed veg or beef burito or refried beans. Beef and noodles. what ever sounds good to you. I fold both ends of the tortilla to hold the filling in double wrap in heavy duty foil and put them on top of my manifold on my car to heat or on a warm motor at work.

How about making savory Muffins, with cheese, vegetables, meat etc... They are quick and easy to make if you can make Muffins and no mess. Just use o pinch salt instead of sugar and add whatever you feel like!!! One tip if you want them to be lighter don´t use butter.
