The best way is to eat proteins like chicken and fish with no starchy carbs. Good carbs that come from fresh fruits and vegetables. No floury stuff. Exercise, exercise and exercise. Do the fat man's work out to lose five off the top in a short time in the steam room. Eat some dairy foods with your protein diet with the fresh fruits and vegetables and you will make it. If you want to keep off the weight you can't do it fast because you will gain it back just as fast as you lose it. You must change your lifestyle gradually and comfortably and understand diets. Different diets work different for different people. You have to figure out what will work for you. You need to have a blood test done by your doctor to see what is going on with glucose, cholesterol, etc. There are so many things the blood will tell about your health and what you need to do. Doctor first, then the diet and exercise. Don't be a shlub and skimp on your health. You have to do it all and make it a permanent part of your life. That marriage day will only last a day. You need to do right for your whole life not just one day. Don't think you are going to change it all in a month. It takes time to get real results and if you are not comfortable with changes you will go back to the unhealthy ways. There is no real quick fix. Don't use drugs to lose weight. They will kill you.

pushaways, you push yourself away from the table before you eat too much, and pushaway those snacks. To lose that much weight in such a short time you are gonna have to starve yourself and spend a hard hour or so a day on an elliptical machine or doing some strenuous cardio workout.

It's not healthy to lose that amount in such a short peroid of time but I have heard of one product from a few women I work with. It is called the Hollywood Diet. It's basically a liquid diet and they bought it at Walgreens Pharmacy. Good luck but please don't use this product long term; your health is much more important.
