Probably Slovak, according to websites I find when looking for these words on Google.

I find the first word as Prečo - so I think it should be

Prečo sme v popolniku

But what it means? An online translation tool gives the following:

Prečo: ????
sme: are, we're
v: in, inside, on, upon, during, within, into, under, to
popolnik: ash-tray

So, something are in ash-tray???

Ok, some guesswork helped - I couldn't find Prečo, but if I type What and translate from English to Slovak, I get Prečo as the result, so my conclusion is:

"What is in the ash-tray?"

If "popolnik" means "ashtray" and its not some idiom, then it should mean: "we're right in the ashtray".
