Depending on how much you have to lose, its possible to lose a stone a week if your really fat if you just have 2 to 3 stone to lose its possible to lose 1 pound a day. so 2 stone in a month. This involves eating healthy, bye bye cereal hello porridge made on water. A piece of fruit for lunch and a very healthy dinner (mostly vegetables). Junk will have to be completely cut out as otherwise your looking at more like 4 pounds a week and thats just with one bad day. 2 bad days and you can kiss weight loss goodbye

It is possible to lose a considerable amount of weight in a month. Besides eating healthy and exercise, you can add Stack Body Tune Up to your diet. It works with your body to effectively lose weight. I have lost 33.5 pounds since July 15, 2006.

If I can be of further assistance, let me know.

I lost 50 pounds in 7 weeks and have kept all but 3 pounds of it off for over 18 months.

You have the best tried and true technique already mentioned in your question.

Me...in addition to healthy eating I went to eating 2 meals per day and then just one. Gotta take the vitamins. And I exercised 6 days a week; alternating upper body, lower body and always some aerobics (primarily running) 5 days per week.

Good luck
