Jeez, everyone is getting on their high horse on this one. I think that you're an adult and can make your own decisions on whether it is a good idea or not, and you sound like you want to.

What you should remember is that he is also an adult and is capable of making his decisions too.

Maybe it will just be a bit of fun, maybe he will realise his g/f isn't the one. Maybe you will fall for each other or it could end in disaster.

But, both of you being adults can make your own decisions.

If I had a chance with an older woman, I would probably flirt away and then bottle it before anythin could happen. I really doubt I could cheat on my g/f. But if I wasn't happy with my g/f anyway, then maybe I would.

I guess you're single? If that's the case and you want to "do the do" with him, then go ahead. Obviously you have no conscience and know that the only one who'll get hurt is his girlfriend.

He fancies an older woman, who in turn is flattered by his attention ... Just remember to consider what the atmosphere in the office will be like if you do get together and then it's a flop or you fall out!

Makes a change to hear that the guy is worried about upsetting his girlfriend - but "upsetting" is a bit feeble! If she gets to find out, I wouldn't want to be either of you!

Sounds like he's a real jerk but you seem to be wondering if you should let him take things further with you from the content of your question. Depends on what kind of respect you have for yourself. Imagine you let him sleep with you and afterwards he ignored you or worse still put it round the office that you were an easy lay, how would you feel then? Best thing to do is take him to one side one day and explain you are not interested or better still ridicule him by saying things like "why would I ever fancy a pig like you when your own girlfriend has told me you only got a little dick" Make him feel small and he'll leave you alone for sure.

Although it may be flattering to have a guy 16 years your junior flirting with you at work, its just a disaster waiting to happen!! Getting with co-workers can be very dangerous because if it doesn't work out, you'll have to face him everyday at work and there will be tension that should be best avoided in the workplace. Plus if some of your other co-worker heard about it, it could be very embarassing for both of you. As attractive and flattering as it may be, your job is way more important than a office fling!

If you can find a way for it to happen so that he can give a plausible story to his girlfriend he'll no doubt go for it.

Question is are you prepared to deal with the possibility of a livid girlfriend coming after you if he gets caught out! All for the sake of getting your end away with a younger guy and boosting your ego.

It may be ok for you to have him as a plaything but it's not just him it's his girlfirend you are messing with too!

He's one of two types, someone who would like to fall in love with you, or someone who thinks you're fun an doable.
If it should be the latter, then my two cents is that you both make sure that you at least think of the girlfriend as an equal, friend, if you like,
Sharing toys is to be encouraged,

Oh! an' look me up if you're ever in town.

It's doomed to ultimate failure. Leave well enough alone,

I've never answered a question with something so short. I could go on for hours sometimes. But this time, there's nothing about the sort of affair you're describing that could lead to anything but harm to your paramour, to his girlfriend and, most of all, to yourself. It could even damage your standing at work.

So, no. Back off, and tell him to follow suit.

If you are doing this for sex only then you may go ahead but if you expecting a relationship out of this then I don't think you stand a chance because that guy has got a younger girlfriend.
