Relax. This is a totally normal reaction to real life for someone like you. It is nature's way of telling you you're a redundant strain of DNA. Go with it. Help the rest of the species.

This is totally normal, and most people around you feel the same anxiety in one form or another. Like them keep persevering and smiling, it will absolutely get better as more time goes by.

I think it's just "um" disease, which can be helped by a little vocabulary training! (Or it could be "like" disease, they're quite similar).
