Well of course they would. I on the other hand would say that those things are as valid as Christianity or any other religion or religious practice. They all are the creation of man in the search for understanding. Just as worshiping Zeus would be no different than worshiping Jesus,of course most Christians would disagree. Howver I would wager if their was a better written recrd you might find that many of the old Gods and ancient myths are based around charismatic leaders just like Jesus which then gets bent and twisted until it becomes a religion and they become Gods,it just happened faster with christ. He too will die out as a belief system and the followers of some new religious dogma will refer to Christians as pagans or heretics or whatever word they choose.

Yes. All of these are evil. These are there because they serve as a trial for mankind. Humans are always interested in such things, this is why there is a choice, either believe in God or believe in the mentioned things. I don't dispute the existence of the things you listed, they do, but they provide a choice between believing in God and asking ONLY Him for anything and on the other hand doing witchcraft etc.

Deuteronomy 18:10-12
9-12 When you enter the land that God, your God, is giving you, don't take on the abominable ways of life of the nations there. Don't you dare sacrifice your son or daughter in the fire. Don't practice divination, sorcery, fortunetelling, witchery, casting spells, holding séances, or channeling with the dead. People who do these things are an abomination to God. It's because of just such abominable practices that God, your God, is driving these nations out before you.
Isaiah 47:
14-15"Fat chance. You'd be grasping at straws
that are already in the fire,
A fire that is even now raging.
Your 'experts' are in it and won't get out.
It's not a fire for cooking venison stew,
not a fire to warm you on a winter night!
That's the fate of your friends in sorcery, your magician buddies
you've been in cahoots with all your life.
They reel, confused, bumping into one another.
None of them bother to help you."

Uncle Vald!!!! How are you? I haven't seen you since that massacre in 1645. Happy days.
Anyway, your question. Tarot, witchcraft, astrology etc. all pre date christianty by several centuries, so obviously, as the christian hordes infected western Europe, they branded all these things as evil as part of the conversion process. Although they did let us keep some of our best party dates; christmas, easter, spring solstice to name a few, they just gave them a light sprinkling of 'god' then claimed they were theirs.

Yes, they are not of God. I says explaines these in the Bible.
5:19 - Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness,
5:20 - Idolatry, WITCHCRAFT, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies,
5:21 - Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.
As for astrology it also says in the Bible that we should not look to the stars for answers. Only to God.

Not religious but the theory goes,
How can you have Good without Evil. If you believe in God you therefore must also believe in the Devil

As Christians we are forbidden to use any form of divination or to attempt to contact the spirits of the dead. This is because God Himself guides us.
Romans 8:28
We know that God makes all things work together for the good of those who love Him and are chosen to be a part of His plan.
We cannot judge those that are outside of the Church. That's up to God. What I can say is be careful who you trust your life to. Divination means you give up control of your life to other forces. If it is not God, then they will inevitably do you harm.
