Could be all of the above. Some prescriptions cause this too. The causal effect appears to be blood collecting (if sitting) in lower extremities and when you suddenly rise the brain doesn't have enough blood, ergo you faint. If you're standing up, a different matter entirely. Wait on the counsel of professional medical help.

My head used to spin badly. I am always tired and cannot think straight. All blood test shows no problem. I manage to solve this problem through the acid-alkaine diet. I drink super green, a nature mixture of all the alkaline vegetables. With 1 week, I am getting better. Now after 3 months, I do not have the spin anymore.

There could be many answers. For example, low potassium levels cause fainting. Work with your doctor on this seriously. It can be remedied but you need a diagnosis to have an effective cure.

Why are you not asking this question of your doctor? or failing that take yourself to the Emergency Room at your nearest hospital or the next time you faint could be in the middle of traffic - I sincerely hope you do not drive!!!

It could be that you have an iron deficiency, or maybe your blood-sugar is just low. Maybe you've been feeling stressed and your body is just trying to tell you to slow down. Have you been sleeping ok?

The blood test will be your conclusive answer. Be sure to have them check you for diabetes.
