I put several items from my co-worker's desk as a birthday prank and she'll be here soon. How do I get them out of the Jello after she sees it?

Run under hot water it will melt the Jello

The Jell-o will melt by itself, or you can run it under hot water like the previous answerer suggested.
(But you might want to just soak the Jell-o, because the gelatin might clog up the plumbing!)
