Education is what is actually taught to you. It's knowledge that one has gained as a result of teaching being the intention. It's not accidental knowledge. It's what you've learned from an institution, school, etc... Perhaps it isn't knowledge at all that you learn, just facts and ideas and people. It's learning what is already known.

Knowledge is personal. It can come from a variety of different sources. Parents, friends, teachers, siblings, pain, suffering, compassion, love, etc... There's no set guideline for knowledge. There is no curriculum. It's what you learn as a result of life itself. It's not taught.

education is equipping one with skillls and knowledge tends to drift towards equipping one with, how to make use of those skills(practical wisdom if u like). Our teachers usually make sure that we understand sth. as to whether we'll use it in the exam room is not their problem. Parents, on the other hand, ensure that you actually try and make use of the knowledge with which the Educator has instilled.
