Use your mouse to highlight all of the columns to be sorted. Just click on the Column title and hold down the mouse button. If you want the first column, start by clicking on "A". Drag the mouse over the other columns. You will notice that all of the data below each column are highlighted. Then go to the DATA menu and pick SORT. Pick the column that you want sorted. Check the box if you have a Header Row, then click OK.

Highlight at column(s) you want to alphabetize
Click on "Data" then "Sort"
Select the column(s) that you want to alphabetize on
Click OK

You highlight all the information that you want to alphabetize, and the you click the alphabetize button on the menu bar (the A-Z/ Z-A) button

Just do it 2 by 2 not all,..... Hope this helps
