Christians: If you strip away the beliefs of a man, are you not left with nothing more than a piece of meat?

Question

When you say you "love the sinner and hate the sin", are you not talking about loving the meat but hating that which inhabits the meat? What is a man if not what he believes?

Homosexuals believe they are gay by God's design, and that they are called upon to love according to the design God has chosen for them.

If you strip that away, what are you left with but the husk that enclosed that belief?

What are you trying to save but the meat that encloses the soul that believes God intended homosexuals to love homosexuals?

Explain how you can hate the 'sin' without hating the homosexual who embraces the 'sin' as God's design?

Or do you not tolerate religious views that do not match your own interpretation? If God reveals Himself to the homosexual as a God who welcomes homosexuals, who are you to say it is a 'sin'?

We must love one another. That's what God wants. That's want Jesus came to tell us. By loving one another we are also loving God since He is the creator of all things and He is also present in each living thing. A lot of times people commit "sins" not being aaware it is a "sin". It is a matter of the individual level of onsciousness and want they believe it's "wrong" or "right". We are always evolving and redefining what we believe to be "wrong" and "right". That was "right" 100 years ago, it might be considered "wrong" in today's society and vice versa.
One of the purposes for us here it's to create life. That's possible by uniting a man and a woman. When 2 people of the same sex are united it is not possible to create life. It goes against laws of nature. Therefore it is not correct, but I don't consider it a sin. God did not intend anyone to be homosexual. We live in an inperfect world and those things just happen that way. A lot of the "bad" in the world we have caused it ourselves. Some people turn homosexuals because of something that happened to them as a child. That it's not Gods fault!
Lastly, we should help the so called "sinners" and remember not to judge. Treat someone the same way you would like to be treated. Noone is perfect.

Being a homosexual is a sin. Read your Bible. God did not intend for people to be homosexuals. He made a woman for man, and a man for a woman. God does love everybody, but He does HATE the sin. He destroyed a city full of homosexuals in the OT and Jesus Christ even called it an abomination in the NT, you cannot try to fit the Bible into a lifestyle that God has clearly condemned.

It is normal behavior in the animal world for males to couple up when there are no females around. It happens every day in every feedlot in the country. What is not normal in the animal world is for males to couple up when there are females in eutris. Normally the males then fight each other. If this is normal with the "lower" animals, why isn't it normal behavior for humans? Think about that the next time you take a bite of steak, because one out of every hundred steers became more heifer acting, since there aren't many heifers around. If there is just one heifer in the pens, the steers try to get to her.

Man was created in the image of God, that is spirit, soul, and body. Man was given dominion over the creation with the exception of other of mankind. God has given us the same relationship with Him, as we are given a free choice to follow Him or not. What we do in this relationship is important to our future, so choices are important. It is written that a man who can control his body is greater than a man who conquers of city. So to live according to God's ways, we have to excercise control of our bodies. Those who strip away their beliefs still have a spirit, soul and body. The question is "What happens when you die in this body?" A white lie of twelve year old has the same potential as murder to send one to hell, so let us not focus on homosexuals, they are just sinners according to the word of God. Jesus gave us the way out by belief in Him and repentance and we are washed clean in the blood of Jesus. I do not accuse anyone, but the Bible shows us what God hates and His great love for us.

They know I don't agree with the life style, but I treat them with respect. Sometimes they will ask me something about what the Bible says, and I will tell them. Is adultery not wrong, and theft? These are choices. Sinners can get to heaven if they accept Jesus as Lord.

You are not a piece of meat. But you are human (flesh) with a spirit and soul. What people are referring to is your behavior, which relects your spiritual condition. Our spirits need to line up with God's will, and not be influenced by the world and its values. admittledly this is very hard, which is why we need to rely upon God for his help, strength, and wisdom. God does not approve of homosexuality, and calls it sin. This is not to single you out, because there are many sins, and that is just one of them. To be close to God, we all have to repent of our sins, and be willing to follow his guidelines and perfect will.
