Try talk to her as much as possible in a friendly way and whenever possible giving hints of how you feel. Look at her in the eyes and make compliments but only about her strong spots, don't just flatter her over everything, cos she'll understand and not surely like it. After a while of trying to get close to her, tell her to meet with some irrelevant excuse and confess all. To learn more about how she feels observe the way she acts when you're close, when girls like someone usually they act nervously when he's around

Well first of all ... don't kiss her before you get her attention :).
Next, finding out: talk to her. People make a terrible fuss out of something that simple as the power of conversation. Talk to her about her, about the weather, school stuff, joke a little. After you know each other better and friendly you can ask her out ... after enough talking you should know exactly whether she likes you or not :).
Should things go well, after a few more dates, kissing might also get into the picture ;).

Its simple, it just takes some courage. Go up to her and ask her out! Its the easiest way to find out...if she says yes then obviously she has some interest in you.
If she does accept then don't rush into things and never go for a kiss on the first date, unless of course it feels right or she kisses you first.
If you are too scared too ask her out then try and read her body language abit. She may look at you when you walk past or when you're not looking directly at her. If she is in your line of sight then she is trying to get you to look her way.
How do you act when you like someone?? Do you act nervous?? Suss out if she is kind of acting how you would if you liked someone.
The biggest indicator that she may like you is if she acts very nervous around you. Nervousness is good because it means she has feelings for you that she can't control hence acting nervous. Good luck!

just chat to her - find out some common interests - e.g. like cinema - so you can ask her to come to watch a movie with you and a couple of friends - to make it easier for her. or if you are not into films - try something else.

you have to move!! girls hate it that we would be the one to do things to make things work. you should do something like make her your friend, know her deeper then ask her out. be honest and tell her you like her. simple words and simple moves like give her flowers no girl would say "no" to flowers. just don't make her angry and pissed (don't be a pushy) , everything would turn out well.
