The real best cure for Hangover is the Herb:
Vervain.. The harsher your Headache the
stronger you make the Vervain tea. Vervain is
available at most Health Food stores & Some drug stores too! Note at Drug Stores it's more expensive. I use to be an alcoholic and Vervain worked well for me. I had to quit alcohol for emotional reasons. It's best to not get drunk go ahead drink a few glasses wine or beer or whiskey.. It's only a fool that gets drunk.. yes I use to be a fool! If you want to be that it's your life.. live it the way you want to!
Remember Vervain will cure your Hangover.

Water. If you've spent most of the night drinking, before you go to bed, cram as much water in your stomach as you can without spewing and take two ibuprofen. This actually work as it's the lack of water that brings about dehydration and that killer headache. A greasy fry-up may make you feel slightly better but it's easier to just pick up one of those macca's egg and bacon muffin things

An over the counter pill called No HangOver. You take it before you start drinking. It works! But, believe it or not, lots of water.

A glass of water 2 paracetomol , eat a banana as Pottasium unblocks the blood vessels that are swollen and cause the pain ( same for migraines) then rest in the quiet for a while letting them take effect , this really does work !!

Try drinking water before bed. If you are really wrecked and don't have to drive or work, try a couple of straighteners. Cognac mixed with port 50/50 works a treat - calms the stomach and makes you slightly drunk again. Champagne or cava with orange juice is also good. Then you come down gently. This is a dangerous habit to get into but can get you through a crisis.

I pop two asprin and down a huge bottle of Gatorade before I go to sleep. I start with the Gatorade as soon as I wake up and drink it all day. A big mac and a rootbeer and I am good to go.

The cure starts when you go to bed.

You must take Alka Seltzer, aspirins, and vitamins C, B, and E.

Plus, drink ALOT of water.

Then sleep it off. When you wake up, you'll be a bit woozy, but shouldn't have a headache.

Then eat something, preferably breakfast food.

It always worked for me.

Hair of the dog that bit you. An old saying meaning; Have another drink of the same that got you drunk, just one or two should do the trick, anymore than that you will be back were you started.

best advice is to keep drinking, have a drink at about 2pm.

Well, assuming you are not to drunk to remember this, before going to sleep, drink two large glasses of water. Alcohol dehydrates you and causes a headache. The water keeps the headache away.
