If you have 2 licenses, then someone is commiting identity theft and it's not your fault. You have to get some proof, maybe a credit report it they used your name to get a credit card. I've heard on the news of cases where the parents have used their childrens identities to gain credit, I hope thats not the case with you. Good Luck.
