Andrea Yates, a good Christian, drowned her children to get them into heaven. By drowning them so young, they never had a chance to grow up, sin, and lose their chance to enter heaven.

Yes, Yates will end up in Hell. But doesn't that make her a martyr for selflessly sacrificing her soul for the sake of the souls of her children?

How is it a bad thing to love your children so much and want your children to receive eternal life in Heaven that you're willing to kill them to get them there?

Why give children a chance to screw up their trip to Heaven by letting them grow up when you can get them to Heaven by killing them after they're born?

Or are Christians so selfish they worry more about their own souls rather than the souls of their children?

You are one sick puppy, You take the cake and first price for a super warped mind. They ought to beat the crap out of your corporeal carcass to cleanse your soul. You think you can play jackass logic and outsmart God? Your father probably had a little oven business in Germany during world war II and it rubbed on to you, you have such blase and nonchalant views of murder.

This is murder. Killing an innocent soul is definitely haram in any religion. Obviuosly this woman was not mentally right to had done so. She was by no means a martyr, I believe, a murderer.

Come to your senses. Raise your children on virtue, morals and religion and let them make their own choices and earn heaven themselves.

May Allah's mercy overwhelm us all.

Beloved Jesus give me wisdom.

A Christan is someone who has a relationship with God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit, then the Bible is the rule book, and one lines up with it,

Without the 3 I just named the book becomes a basket weave and people ware it like a hat and use it like a bat.

The women was lost from get go. She was acting in self righousness, and not in the wisdom, or the counsel of God.

opinions are like arm pits,
everyone has one, has two, and they stink.
the only opinion that is going to stand is Gods.

Wow! Are you attempting to blame Christianity for these murders? If so, you are barking up the wrong tree..Let me tell you, first hand, of someone I knew who was in similar circumstances.
A few years ago, when my husband & I owned a double home, we had a man tenant upstairs, who had a wife and baby, but they were separated. He had been telling us that his wife had dilussions, and was a bit "off!" He was working 2 jobs, so as a result, his wife had custody of the 2 year old during weekdays. He took her to his home on weekends. We visited with the little girl often, as she rode her bike and he taught her to skate and play ball in the yard.
One day during the week, our tenant told us that she was getting wackier and wackier, and he was trying to get sole custody, and had found a sitter and quit one of his jobs. He was extremely concerned about his little girl.
But,,,,too late....suddenly his wacky wife, had suffocated their beautiful child. The guy upstairs, who had become a good friend of ours, was devasted. We were too...
Having met his ex-wife and observing her behavior at times, I could see that something was wrong with her. She was a religious nut, but.....the church had nothing to do with this bizarre behavior. Our tenant, then told us that she "heard little voices telling her to save the child from the evils of the world". She had been under psychiatric care, and she had some deep problems, but the real issue was that she was being influenced by demons...as sometimes too much religion, focusing on certain issues too deeply, and being out of mental balance, brought this weird imbalance on. Trajically and sadly, a little girl died as a result of the demons in her brain...
Don't blame Christanity; this woman was sick, and she twisted religion to "justify" her actions. There are mental problems everywhere..both in and out of churches. There are those who twist or gravely mis-interpret Biblical teachings to justify behaviors.
I'm not trying to "entertain" you! This isn't an entertaining subject! How ridiculous!
I'm just telling you, or as you like to refer to it, "throwing you some "spin" we haven't heard before"....and it's not funny! The victims are suffering, there are mental problems out there, and we need to blame someone or something for this happening, but it's not Bin laden, or 9/11 or Christianity or some other rubbish idea! It's pure mental illnesses, coupled with demonic influences!
I hope you learned something! Whether it's "original" or not doesn't matter, its the truth!

this statement should end all questions.Thy shall not kill.I think that sums it up.She and any one else who thinks that killing the children gets them to heaven aught to leave them in heaven instead of screwing and becoming pregnant and delivering these children into a world you don't approve of .why bring them here at all ??God doesn't require us to be martyrs to gain heavenly entrance, these killings were done by a woman with immense emotional troubles and huge amounts of unnoticed pressure. What you are saying sounds like the extremist, kill people and go to heaven.

Murder is not ok. The children didn't have a chance to reach their full potential... maybe one of them would have been a great evangelist, or president, or even found a universal cure for cancer. God wants us to live a long life... 70-80 years , till satisfied.

No its murder. It says in the Bilbe that murder is a sin, so its not ok in Gods eyes. The childrens walk with the Lord is up to them not the mother.
You also cannot say she will end up in Hell, the only judge on that matter is God. She can be forgiven for her sins, thats what Jesus died for.
