LOL Maybe....But really it's just a metaphor! Like you should treat yourself to something you like, to help you deal with the stuff you have to do,even though you dont want to do it.....yea....I'm bad at explaining things so that might not have made any since....But you were probably joking when you asked this question anyways. : )

well ive got a cold at the mo and the girl gives me the most revolting cough mixture ive ever tasted so yes a spoon full of sugar would help as the mixture burns it way down my throat

Have you ever tasted "real" medicine. not the coated pill form crap most people have now. Yeah sugar really makes it tolarable.
