Let's look at it like this: We become more and think more like our best friend the more time we spend with them. It's not that we're necessarily thinking about our best friend 24/7, but by spending a lot of time with our best friend, they shape our lives more than anyone else--the way we think, the way we act, the things that motivate us, etc. Do people get bored spending time with their best friend? How would that person have gotten to be someone's best friend if they were boring? It's not at all tedious and annoying--it's the most incredible peace and joy I could ever imagine. Does that mean that everything is always hunky-dorey and that life is one big picnic? Not at all. I've faced some of the hardest situations imaginable in the 20 years since I've been walking with the Lord. But the strength and peace He has given me in the middle of all of this, I wouldn't trade them for the world.

Lets be practical is it really possible for you to think about God 24/7? Well you can think of some aspect of God but as I understands the bible describes God as the wisdom of everything that was and shall be so how can you actually put God in just one factor, what is God to you?

Certainly not. I have known the Lord for 37 years now, and each day is new, exciting, and even when trials come, I know My Lord is in control of each and every situation and circumstance, and that He is working everything together for good.

If your thoughts aren't influenced by God you end up making bad decisions. God also controls everything. No one can mess up his plan.
