Hi, it is not correct.
In Italian it would be:
Quando andiamo a pranzare?
or
Quand'e' che andiamo a pranzare?
and it means:
When are we going to have lunch?
You see, it's all related to food when Italy's involved.

the phrase is wrong, there can be two explainations:
or like someone already said:
quando andiamo a pranzare (when are we going to lunch)
or
quanti siamo che andiamo a pranzare:
how many are we, because we're going to lunch...

Well , I guess the phrase could be this :
" Quanto siamo , che andiamo a pranzare ? " .
How many , we'r , who go to lunch ?
I say that and ask you to take caution .

It is somewhat incoherent, but the general idea is there:
When are we going to go for lunch? or
When are we going to go for dinner?
It could do without the words "siamo che", meaning "we are that" and it is rather as though the speaker had set off on another track and changed his or her mind half way through because food became an overwhelming priority.
