There's no one perfect personality. Different women like different things. Some people like James Bond. Some like Mr. Bean. It depends on the woman's or girl's taste. To appeal to most of the women just stick to the basics. This may mean incorporating a little of every type of personality.
Know how to tell stories - funny stories, shocking stories, and stories about your experiences.
Be smart and save - many women like a guy that can afford to treat her once and while or at least a guy that won't drain her bank account.
Know how to have a conversation - be able to talk about current events and know how to listen and pay attention to the woman when she is talking to you.
Be clean and neat - dirty dudes make women frown (unless the guy is working).
Don't be afraid to express or say how you feel.
Have confidence. Believe in your abilities and knowledge. Whatever you do - do it well.
Be assertive. Don't let her boss you around too much. Once and while is okay because it may be good advice.
Be a leader. Know how to take the initiative. Be a go-getter.
Have goals. Be ambitious. Try to move up in life.
Compliment at least one or two people a day and smile. Get in the habit of being a sociable guy. You will appreciate her more because you will be a nicer person.
Try to be more well-rounded. Learn about different cultures, foods, cars, cities, countries, pets, sports, etc.
