The reason everyone is suspecting diabetes is because there's a common triad of symptoms for diabetics: Polyuria (Frequent urination), Polydipsia (Frequent thirst/drinking), Polyphagia (Frequent eating).
If your family has a history of diabetes, or if you're overweight, or even just for peace of mind, I suggest you see your doctor to have your urine and blood tested.
However, there's also the possibility that you tend you drink or take in a lot of fluids. After all, unless you're really dehydrated, your body will tend to excrete whatever fluids it doesn't need. So if you drink in a lot or frequently, you'll urinate a lot or frequently.

Yes, see your doctor and have your prostate checked. Don't count too much on natural remedies. I have been there and find that the only help comes from regular medicine. Haven't had an operation so far.

You should have a urologist check it out it could be something simple like an overactive bladder. There is medicine for that.

Get a urine test to make sure that it's not diabetes, some urinary tract infection, etc.
