Brush your teeth( for at least 7 min 2 tames a day or even after every meal) and use a mouth wash. Also drinking a lot of water this wil prevent plague build-up. Or alternatively go and see your dentist because their might be a medical reason behind your bad breath.

See a doctor, might be a myriad of reasons for bad breath; infections, bad teeth or gums, the food you eat, cancer. See the doctor.
WHY, may I ask would you ask a group of people a question like that who have never seen you, know nothing about your age or habits, whether you wear dentures, etc. Did seeing a doctor ever occur to you?? That is such a good question, I'll use some points and ask it under "health".

Brushing, flossing and seeing your dentist regularly may reduce bad breath. Some dental hygienists recommend brushing your tongue, since it traps large amounts of bacteria. Additional protection against the buildup of bacteria in your mouth can be achieved by rinsing with a mouthwash after you finish brushing.
Your physician can tell you if you are taking medications that can cause dry mouth or if you have other medical conditions that may predispose you to dry mouth and bad breath. In either case, chewing gum may stimulate saliva to help prevent dry mouth.

Be sure teeth do not need attention. Certain GI disorders can cause bad breath so if you have any symptoms of these see a doctor. Floss every day. Some say chewing fresh parsley will help.

Go to the dentist and talk to him about your concern. They have all sorts of mouthwashes and tongue scrapers that you can buy from them that work way better than ones you can buy from the store. Also, try using one of those new battery operated toothbrushes and flossing daily. The battery operated toothbrushes work so much better than a manual one. Another idea is try buying a waterpik. I have one and it makes my mouth feel nice, clean and fresh. I put some mouthwash in with the water when I use it.
Hope that helped!

If simple mouth hygiene is not working, then it's time to see a doctor. Bad breath can be an indication of something else.

Hi Steph,
Try chewing fresh mint or parsley. Always brush at least 3 times a day & ask your dentist as she/he might have some better ideas. Have a good day!
