My 3 year old daughters picture is on a persons My Space site and this person did not ask me if it was ok first. This is not a relative or a friend ,and I have asked her many times politely to remove them.

This girl took the pictures herself with my ex but we have 50/50 custody and placement so he has to ok it with me also . I have asked her politely several differrent times but she still refuses to remove them from her My Space site . One picture reading the inscription "My baby Girl". This is all very very wrong to me . Please help

yes, this is illegal. if you did not give your consent for this picture to be put up then you have every right to get this picture removed. It doesn't matter whether or not iy is of explicit content or not, it is your child and you say who can have pictures. have you reported the picture to myspace officials? it is very easy to do. just go into the picture and click "report this picture" and you are taken to a page where you can give details as to why you want the picture removed.

dont panic at all. try to convince him, ask him to turn up to u and find out about the boy and his family. who is he if its just because ur daughter is cute and good looking then its ok. many a times people who love chilren do this. dont worry just find out about the boy without any issues.ok bye take care of urself dont worry everything will be ok.

I would take this to someone. Either a lawyer for a consultation, or someone. Have you spoken to her father? If not, that is an important step also.

I would expect you have the right to have the pic removed.
If the person is young, perhaps you need to speak to the parents.
If not, perhaps you can contact mypace. How did the person acquire your child's pic???

Of course it is illegal,try to stop them immideatiley and if posible inform to the autorites
