Try the Kelloggs diet it states drop a dress size in two weeks. I havent tried it but it is supposed to work!

the quickest way would be to starve...you would lose all water and muscle! the best way to do so is to cut down on what you eat and eat an healthy 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. drink plenty of water and exercise......if you lose weight quilkly believe you me that it will be put back on plus more as soon as you can say ive lost weight!
