actually cholesterol levels are low until you fry them in fat! that's when they become a health hazard!! lol
actually fry them in very little oils or even fry them in fat free oils!
too much of fish is bad for you. your omega3 and 6 content needs to be at an allowance thatthe body can handle.
you may also develope an allergy if you have too much fish or shellfish. note that everythingin this day and age needs to be consumed in limits. too much fish from the bottom of teh sea can cause lead poisoning due the gunk they eat!! ever heard of that??!!
