I see a red flag here. Diabetes, benign prostate hyperplasia, kidney disease, or maybe even a bladder infection. I would get a thourough exam complete with blood work to rule out any or all of the above, before concerning yourself with a dietary program.

maybe you have urinary tract infection. if you have UTI,the signs are ,you urinate a lot, it burns and iches while urinating, there is pain in your lower back. dirnk a lot of water. that helps a lot. but mostly you should see a doctor for antibiotics.
