Just don't end up looking like the model girl on Yahoo news that looks like she's modeling the latest in Holocaust victim evening wear. Be careful, and stay healthy.

sophie, dear. i've looked at some of your other topics. you have a serious ed if you havent already figured it out. which im positive you have. healthy dieting is the best way to lose weight with a good exercise plan it can be the best thing in the world. starving yourself isnt the key. you die. and bulimia isnt the way either. slowest and most painful death in my oppinion is through eating disorders. you feel invincible and like nothings going to harm you. but it will. and it kills alot of people. if you havent noticed that you have an ED. you should really go talk to a shrink through your other questions. i get that you are kind of afraid to eat. want to starve yourself. want to know the facts behind how long it takes until you starve to death. you see. most girls dont ask others how long it takes until they will die. thats what you're doing sophie. you shouldnt be. i know this because i myself have an ED and i hate that i do because it haunts you your entire life. now. to answer one of your other questions in this one. the whole loss of period at a certain weight doesnt have to do with your BMI whatsoever like some other people said it has to do with your % body fat. im 5'5" and 100 pounds. and i stopped at 107 so it kinda just depends on your body weight % body fat and how your body reacts to starvation. an all respect you need help. im reciving help and even if your not ready to. you really need to because its not a pretty thing to have to go through love. im sure you're aware of this. and.... lowest body weight you should be w/o it being dangerous. well. my nutritionist said 110-115. but i know that number probably wont make you very happy. but good luck. and if you want. i have good diet tips. not ana or mia tips. just good diet tips and healthy tips. and if you wish. and are stuck on this. i have tips for ana mia too. but please. just rethink this all before you let it get outa control okay? goodluck sweets. diamondeyes48@hotmail.com

there is a way to check your bmi. there should be a website for it and it's free. type in your information and they will let you know what your bmi is. if you're 5'5 you can weigh around 120~140 for example. they will give you the weight like that. so that means you can weigh anywhere from 120 to 140 and still be healthy :)

If you stop menstruating, your hair falls out and/ or you experience lightheadedness/ fainting, you have lost too much weight. Also, if friends and family start expressing concern over your weight loss, know that you might have a problem. Talk to a physician for a better and educated answer. Be well!

Are you worried from a health perspective or about blowing away in a strong wind? Wear heavy shoes if its the latter.
