that depends on a bunch of things.. if he's just dating you for your breast then well maybe you arn't going to make it.

all in all i WOULD NOT get an artificial breast englargement.
if he leaves you based on your breast size.. chances are a guy who does appreciate you will come along.
it's the way you are.
if he doesn't love you for that, it's him not you.

Oh gosh, that should be the least of his worries. Dont try to go and get an enhancement just for him, it is a waste of money and this is something that needs to be thought through thoroughly..if he doesnt like the way your body is then screw him. There are many fish in the sea who will like you for who you are.
